We built Telta to help kitchen teams track active prep batches, manage station ownership, mark work as ready or blocked, save quick state updates before service gets busy, upload photo proof linked to every batch, share those photos across your Board, Batch, and Photos views, pull up station history to check what changed and who handled it, and export proof cards with all batch details for simple shift readbacks.
No account required, ever. You can access every single feature of Telta the second you open the app, no sign-up, no personal information collection, no hoops to jump through.
You're welcome to use Telta for all your kitchen team's prep tracking needs, for free, for as long as you want. You can upload as many batch photos, save as many state updates, and export as many proof cards as you need.
We just ask that you don't use Telta to upload content that isn't related to your kitchen prep work, share other people's private information without their permission, or try to break, tamper with, or copy the app's features for your own commercial use.
Every photo you upload, every batch note you write, every station update you save belongs 100% to you and your kitchen team. We will never sell your content, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing purposes unless you explicitly give us permission to do so.
We may use anonymous, aggregated usage data (like how many teams use the photo export feature) to make Telta better, but that data will never be tied back to you or your kitchen specifically.
We will work to keep Telta running reliably 99% of the time, outside of scheduled maintenance windows that we will announce in the app at least 48 hours in advance.
We will never remove core features you rely on (batch tracking, photo storage, proof card exports) without giving you 30 days advance notice in the app. We will never add paywalls to existing features that are free today.
If you ever need help retrieving saved batch data, we will do everything we can to help you recover it, as long as you can give us basic details about the batches you're looking for.
You're in charge of the content you upload to Telta, so make sure all batch details, notes, and photos are accurate for your team's use. If you share Telta access with other members of your kitchen team, you're responsible for making sure they follow these guidelines too.
If you accidentally upload incorrect information to a batch and that causes issues for your shift, that's on your team to resolve - we're just the tool to help you track things, not responsible for the information you put into it.
If we ever need to adjust this agreement, we will post a prominent notification in the Telta app 30 days before the new terms go into effect. If you keep using Telta after that date, that means you're okay with the updated terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you can stop using Telta at any time, no questions asked.
If you have any questions, concerns, feedback, or even just want to tell us how Telta is working for your kitchen, you can reach us anytime at t9-prep-handoff@telta-labs.dev. We read every single email that comes in, and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.
